Eye and ear protection are required. Rifles must be unloaded and either flagged or with the bolt removed at all times except when shooting. The gates open at 7:30 am for registration, set-up, and safety meeting, and shooting begins at 8:30 am.
There will be matches for Target rifles and Sporter rifles. The Sporter class rules allow most commonly-owned rifles. So, bring what you have and hone your precision shooting skills.
Centerfire BR events are for rifles .308-caliber or less without muzzle brakes. The Target class has few other restrictions – typically heavy-barreled precision rifles with any optic supported by a mechanical rest. Sporter rifles must have a muzzle diameter less than the size of a dime and use a bipod front rest. There will be matches at 100, 200, and 300 yards.
The entry fee is $3.
