Secretary Jenn Reynolds read the May minutes – Minutes motioned and passed
Question about next year’s gun show – Gayel is already going to notify about new times and days. Flyer should go out to vendors by August
Treasurer Anita Mayhew presented the treasurer’s report which was motioned and passed. The ending balance for the month of June is $105,637.38 – Motioned and Passed
Women at the Range Clinic
- 24 women attended
- Profit of $362.49
- A grant from NRA for ammo, tables, suckers
- 100 club donated pop for targets
- Choice, Slavens, and Goods for the Woods donated gift bag items and awards
- Suggested to move to purchase Rugar 10-22 rifles since the old ones don’t hold up well and cause problems.
- Talked about moving new tables to indoor range if needed because of heat

Outdoor Range Report
- Intro to Mark Stevens – will be welding target frames that have been shot
- SOPs will be in each Target Room
- The door on Port a John was broken this weekend, but has been fixed.
- Port a John at Cowboy Range – We don’t think we’re being charged
- Has been trying to contact SW Weeds, but have not heard back
Indoor Range Report
- Evaporative Cooler is good to go
- The massive leak in the roof has been fixed
- New Cover will be replaced this fall
- Cut Down Scottish thistles
- Still need to spray weeds
- Found 3 lights on last week on the 25th.

- Everything is on hold till the middle of October
- 10meter Air Rifle purchase and has been checked out to some shooters

Gun Show:
- Clarification on VIP cost $20 – motioned and passed
Reminder about BBQ – Cost increase to $10 flat fee for members and non-members
Brandi
- Once a year is not enough for new shooters
- Has run programs 1-hour class and 1-hour range
- 15 signed up at the clinic plus another 12 for a monthly shoot

- 3rd Saturday 9-11 till September
Insurance Renewal
- New insurance since Lloyds of London will no longer underwrite shooting clubs
- $742 – New Harco National Insurance – Lockton Affinity
Outdoor Range Gate:
- Overview of the gate change and reasons behind it for general membership
- Motioned for $18,456.84 based on a quote from Viking Fencing. Passed
- Will add quote to minutes before posting to Website
